Continuous type

Continuous type is a working method in which the workpiece is suspended on a hanging chain hook and continuously circulates through the shot blasting chamber at a constant speed. After entering the cleaning chamber, the workpiece rotates and advances while receiving cleaning under the drive of the rotation mechanism.

Step by Step

Step by step method is to group the hanging hooks of the workpiece into groups (usually 2-3 hooks per group), and the number of hook groups is determined based on the customer's working frequency requirements and the length of the entire cleaning line. Its working sequence is loading - waiting for one shot blasting (rotation) - waiting for the next material - waiting - loading in a cyclic manner.

Accumulation type

Accumulation type is to park an empty trolley at a fixed point in the workpiece loading area and wait for loading. After the loading is completed, the stopper will automatically release it. The car runs to the front of the shot blasting room and enters a waiting state, while the workpieces carried by a group of cars in the shot blasting room are being shot blasted and cleaned. When the indoor car leaves the shot blasting room after completing the shot blasting, the waiting area stopper automatically releases and the car enters the shot blasting stage; At the same time, the next car is waiting. When the workpiece is cleaned, the car will automatically move to the waiting area and wait for unloading. Work continuously and cyclically in sequence.
