This machine is suitable for cleaning workpieces that are prone to flipping and rolling, non brittle parts that are not easily broken, and castings, cone forgings, and welded parts with shallow cores. It can effectively remove sand particles and oxide scales on the surface of workpieces. Adopting a more advanced drum mechanism, during the shot blasting cleaning process, while the drum rotates, the hydraulic system pushes the drum to shake up and down, adjusting the tilt angle of the drum. By improving the mixing efficiency and uniformity of the castings inside the drum, the cleaning time of the castings is shortened and the cleaning effect of the castings is improved.

The pellet sand circulation separation system adopts a more advanced and professional design, which can ensure efficient separation of pellets, sand particles, and dust during the casting cleaning process. After cleaning, the castings unloaded are almost free of pellets and sand dust.

Compared with traditional Q32 tracked and Q31 horizontal drum cleaning machines, it has significant characteristics such as large loading capacity, high cleaning efficiency, and low operating cost.
